All technical quotations provided by Planet Matrix Technologies are valid for 14 days from the date of issue due to fluctuations in hardware and solar component costs.
For CCTV and Solar installations, the client must provide safe and reasonable access to the premises. Any specialized mounting structures not mentioned in the initial BOQ may incur additional costs.
Standard hardware warranties apply as per manufacturer terms (e.g., Victron, Hikvision). Planet Matrix is not liable for system failures caused by unauthorized third-party tampering or "acts of God" (lightning strikes without proper surge protection).
Unless otherwise agreed, a 60% deposit is required for mobilization, with the balance due upon successful testing and commissioning of the system.
